At USRC Adventures, we stand behind our RC products just like we stand behind our RC community. If your RC gear isn’t performing to your expectations, we’ll make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect drone flight or the cleanest lap time.
Important Exceptions:
The following RC products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened batteries (safety regulations prohibit returns)
- Custom-tuned flight controllers (25×25 FC, 30×30 FC models with special configurations)
- Used FPV cameras (for hygiene reasons)
- ARRMA vehicles that show signs of racing use
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging (except for defective items)
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- For Ready-To-Run models, all factory seals must be intact
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Email our support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Photos if the item is damaged (helps us improve our packaging)

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA#)
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (our warehouse in Fresno, CA)
3. Ship Your Return
Package the item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:
- The RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Copy of your order confirmation
Note: For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your initial email.
4. Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse:
- Inspection takes 1-3 business days
- We’ll email you with the status
- Approved returns will be processed immediately
Refund Information
When your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 1-3 business days may apply
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement within 1-2 business days after approval
- You’ll receive a new tracking number via email
- Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
RC Hobbyist Tip:
Before returning flight controllers or FPV components, try our troubleshooting guides! Many “issues” are just minor configuration tweaks away from being solved. Email our tech team – we’re happy to help you get airborne.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged RC product
- The wrong item (we know how crucial that 20×20 FC is for your build)
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For our global RC enthusiasts (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
